    The Country Manager is expected to lead and grow SoftPay's business in Malaysia. He or she is expected to build a high quality team in various disciplines in order to execute the growth strategy efficiently. The Country Manager must possess excellent inter-personal skills and must display a strong leadership and team-player personality. He or she is responsible for managing all the operational aspects of SoftPay Malaysia and must display strong business acumen. The Country Manager is also required to implement a strong customer support team and processes. He or she must be able to acquire and maintain excellent business relationships with SoftPay's business partners.

  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
    • Fluent in English, Mandarin and be conversant in Cantonese
    • Preferably with at least five years of finance background
    • Experience in starting a company will be considered favourably

    To engage prospective clients to adopt SoftPay's MPOS solution. Candidate must be a goal-getter and love to meet new people. Candidate must understand MPOS and how MPOS is able to assist merchants and businesses to improve their revenue. Candidate must be able to develop a sales action plan based on the merchants' profiles in the given territory, and to effectively engage the merchants through product demonstration, explanation and follow up. Candidate will be required to close sales and follow up with customers to ensure a smooth utilisation of MPOS for the customers' businesses. Candidate is also expected to maintain regular contacts with customers and build warm relationships with them.
